Elmer "Lou" Louis Walters, age 80 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Thursday, January 28, 2021. Lou was born in Lexington, Kentucky on November 20, 1940 to Elmor Walters and Marjorie (Ramey) Walters. On February 7, 1970 in California, he married Nickee Miller. He was a retired Army and Navy Veteran, serving in the Military for over 30 years.
Lou is survived by his loving wife, Nickee Walters; his sons, John Walters, Christopher (Carole) Walters, E. Louis Walters Jr., and Ronald Lee Walters; his grandchildren, Amber (Nathaniel) Damron, Troy Walters, Zach (Felicia) Walters, and Aleya Walters. Lou was preceded in death by his parents, Elmor Walters and Marjorie Walters; and his siblings.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
