Elsie Jean Thomas

Elsie Jean Thomas, age 82 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Friday, July 12, 2013 at 5:42PM. She was born in Corbin, KY on July 28, 1930. She was married to James "Red" Thomas for over 50 years, and he preceded her in death in Feb. 2012. She was a wonderful mother and wife, and loved taking care of her home and family.

She is survived by one son Timothy Thomas, of Hamilton; three grandchildren, Crystal, Shannon, and T.J.; five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.

Graveside service will be held at Millville Cemetery, 2289 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at 12noon with Rev. Jacob Flannery officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
