Endre "Otto" Bakonyi, age 82 of Fairfield, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Saturday, September 30, 2017. Otto was born in Budapest, Hungary on December 9, 1934 to Bela Bakonyi and Martha (Mueller) Bakonyi.
Otto is survived by, two sons; Tom Bakonyi and Mike Bakonyi; his sister Ericka Gecse; one grandchild, Torri Bakonyi; brother in law, John Gecse; nieces, Sue Gecse, Yvette Houck, Jeanette Harriman; and nephew, John Gecse. Otto was preceded in death by his parents, Bela Bakonyi and Martha Bakonyi; his wife Ericka Bakonyi; and his son George Bakonyi.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 5, 2017 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.
