Ervin Isaacs

Ervin Isaacs, age 87 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Tuesday, March 21, 2017. Ervin was born in Richmond, Kentucky on July 27, 1929 to Henry and Lillian (Powell) Isaacs. On May 14, 1951, he married the love of his life, Oralene Isaacs. Ervin served in the United States Army and was a Mason at the Ben Franklin Lodge. He was a lifelong member of God’s Temple and served as a deacon. Ervin retired from General Electric after 32 years, and then continued to work for 19 years at GE park.

Ervin is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Oralene Isaacs; his daughters, Debra (Tony) Abney, Renee Isaacs; his grandchildren, Angela (Sean) Mondello, Dustin Lakes, Patrick Buschur, and Brady Buschur; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Sean Michael, Aislin, Kenna, and Taygen; Joe Hillard and many other loving friends and family. Ervin was preceded in death by parents and his siblings.

Funeral service will be held at God's Temple Church, 3600 Millikin Road, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Valerie McCann officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at God's Temple Church. Memorial contributions can be made to God’s Temple Church.
