Eula Hopkins

Eula Hopkins, age 82 of Hamilton passed away at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at 12:45 AM. She was born in Cincinnati on December 18, 1925 the daughter of Robert and Eunice (Durham) Clark. On March 8, 1940 in Hamilton, she married Ernie Hopkins, who preceded her in death in 1986. She is survived by six children, Gary (Linda) Hopkins, Darla Strong, Ted (Pam) Hopkins, Danny (Dolly) Hopkins, Dallas (Kim) Hopkins, and Sammy (Belva) Hopkins; three brothers, John, Charles, and Bill Clark; two sisters, Helen Clark and Elvie Perkins; dear friend Debbie Cottingham; 24 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; and 31 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers, Kenny, Harold, and Otis Clark; and three grandchildren, Lonnie Lee Strong, Danny Ray Hopkins Jr., and Jackie Lee Hopkins. Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
