Eulene Ghent, age 64 of Oxford, passed away on Saturday, September 21, 2013. She was born in Clay County, KY on April 25, 1949 to Emmitt and Vada (Hammons) Proffitt. She was a member of Full Gospel Church. Eulene was loved by all who knew her.
She is survived by her husband, John Ghent; a daughter, Kimberly Isaacs; a son, Thomas (Misty) Ghent; mother, Vada Proffitt; 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; 2 sisters; and a brother. She was preceded in death by her son; Johnathan Ghent; a grandson, Caleb Isaacs; her father, Emmitt Proffitt; a brother, Michael Proffitt.
Funeral service will be held at the London Funeral Home, London, KY on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Cecil Benge officiating. Burial will follow at King Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 from 5:00 - 8:00 PM at Full Gospel Church, 2117 Eaton Rd., and at the London Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
