Evan V. Fields (Foxy, Fireball, Morris), born on March 3, 1943, passed on Sept. 9, 2012 at Glen Meadows Retirement Home. Preceded in death by his mother, Betty G. Boyle Fields.
He is survived by one daughter, Corinna (Jeff) Stone, three sons John (Dottie) Fields, Edward (Angie) Fields, Homer (Martha) Fields; siblings, Fonadia, Juanita, John Jr., Jewel, Marie, Angie, Phyllis and eight grandchildren.
Funeral service and burial will be held at the grave site at Butler County Memorial Park on Friday Sept. 14, 2012 at 1PM. Family and friends get together immediately after the service.
