Evelyn Bridgeford

Evelyn Bridgeford, age 77 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Monday, August 21, 2017. Evelyn was born in Hyden, Kentucky on December 15, 1939 to Beecher and Mildred (Campbell) Baker. She dedicated her life as the owner and operator of Millville Restaurant for 40 years.

Evelyn is survived by her children, Tina Zaenkert, E. Renee Schmidt, and Nancy (Marty) Forsythe; her grandchildren, Sarah (Dan), Jason (Stephanie), Derek (Lori), Cody (Shelly), Kaitlyn, and Zane; her great grandchildren, Cameron, Colton, Aubrey, Hailey, Joseph, Emery, Lucas, and Alonni; her "adopted grandson", Harry; her siblings, Marcus, Barbara, Doshia, Lowell, and Marvin. Evelyn was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Lon Bridgeford; her siblings, Don, Jerry, and Phyllis; and her parents.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 2:30 PM with Pastor Trevor Bridgeford officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 25, 2017 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton.
