Faye Catherine Yeakle

Faye Catherine Yeakle, age 85 of Hamilton, passed away at Jewish Hospital on Tuesday, May 16, 2017. Faye was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 20, 1931 to Albert and Violet (Boatright) Gentry. Faye retired from Lane Public Library and was a life-long member of Park Ave. United Methodist Church where she enjoyed serving her church family. She also enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and caring for friends and family.

Faye is survived by her children, Judy (Steven) Isgro and Cindy (Michael Feldsien) Hopkins; her grandchildren, Tawnya (Mark) Frank, Todd Isgro, Steven (Tara) Campanello, Jennifer (Andy) Robben; her great grandchildren, Samantha Robben, Brady Gilbert, Bryson Isgro, Colby, Gretchen, and Nolan Frank, Landon and Christian Harley; her brother, Donald A. Gentry, and her brother-in-law, Neil Yeakle and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Faye was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Don Yeakle; her sister Beatrice Crosby; and her parents.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 11:00 AM with Pastors Sam Harnish and Chris Trumbull officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Shared Harvest 5901 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014.
