Floyd L. Strack Jr.

Floyd Lee Strack Jr. (J.R.) age 66 of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, September 21st, 2024. Floyd was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 19, 1957 to Floyd Sr. and Charlene (Hopkins) Strack. Floyd was an active member of Princeton Pike Church of God where he enjoyed being an usher and volunteering weekly in the church’s food bank. Floyd shared his unwavering faith and salvation with all he encountered. He also enjoyed time with his family and golfing with his boys. On June 5, 1981, he married Erma Singleton.

Floyd is survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Erma; children, Ashley Francis, Jordan (Angela) Strack, and Zachary (Savannah) Strack; his grandchildren, Parker Bell, Kaitlyn, Brayden Strack and a grandson on the way; his sister, Vicky (Rick) Lawwill; his brother, Michael Strack; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncle and aunts. Floyd was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Strack Sr.; his mother and step-father, Charlene and Kenneth Davenport; and his in-laws, Ray and Addie Singleton.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2024 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Princeton Pike Church of God, 6101 Princeton Glendale Road, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. with Pastor Tim Oldfield and Bishop Barry Clardy officiating. The family has chosen a private burial. In lieu of flowers, you may make a memorial donation to Princeton Pike Church of God.
