Frank Goins, age 78 of Hamilton, passed away at Westover on Monday, October 28, 2013 at . He was born in Manchester, KY on September 8, 1935 to LeRoy and Orpha (Cole) Goins. Frank was employed at Champion Paper Company.
He is survived by his wife Zella Goins, of Hamilton; his daughter Sandra Renee Goins of Hamilton; and two brothers Dean and Dana Goins.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. The family wishes to extend a very special thanks to the nurse and staff of Westover and Hospice of Cincinnati.
