Frank C. Willoughby

Frank C. Willoughby, age 67 of Hamilton, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at 05:07AM. He was born in Hamilton on October 27, 1946 to Frank Willoughby and Esther (Maupin) Duncan. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Hamilton. He enjoyed fishing, going to Lake Cumberland with his friends and loved spending time with his grandchildren very much.

He is survived by his wife Marilyn J. Willoughby, of Hamilton; children, Kristopher F. (Linda Nicole Bowlin) Willoughby, Amber L. Willoughby, Tracy J. Willoughby, and Tonya (Tom) Blackwell; siblings, Rick (Mary) Willoughby, Bonnie (Dick) Kinney, Lisa (James) Crawford, Stuart (Kim) Duncan, and Stephanie Duncan; 10 grandchildren, and one great-grandhchild; two aunts, two uncles, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, step-father James Duncan; and his in laws George and Mary Blanchard.

Memorial service will be held at Laurel Ave. Church of Christ, 1049 Laurel Ave, on Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 7PM with Minister David Stidham officiating. Memorial contributions can be made to American Cancer Society.
