Gary A. Augustine

Gary A. Augustine, age 70 of Hamilton, passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2023. Gary was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 15, 1952 to Carl Augustine and Dorothy (Muter) Augustine. He worked for numerous years for AK Steel and Sy Shaw Construction and was a member of the New Miami Church of Christ. Gary had a great sense of humor, and enjoyed fishing, cars, and travelling to Florida to see his family. Gary is survived by his children, Starla Augustine (Dammon Bowman) and Shawn Augustine (Brittany Adkins); grandchildren, Sierra, Whitney, Kerri, Kishawn, Mackenzie, Blake, Kayden Miley and Brayden; numerous great- grandchildren; nephew, Austyn Hicks; brothers, Carl (Terri) Augustine, Robert (Nora) Augustine and Tim (Shelly) Augustine; and numerous other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Gary was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Yolanda Augustine; and his sister, Cindy Augustine.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial donations towards Gary’s funeral services can be made either to the funeral home or GoFund Me.
