Gary Boomershine

Gary “Boomer” Boomershine, 65, of Oxford passed away on December 18th, 2022. He was born and raised in Oxford, Ohio and graduated from Talawanda High School. After graduation he enlisted in the U.S. Army. After his time in the service, he returned to Oxford where he worked as a mechanic at numerous service stations in the area. He also volunteered at the Oxford Fire Department for several years. Boomer loved riding his motorcycle, a passion that he had all his life. Although he didn’t have any children of his own, he raised and trained dogs that he loved as his children.

Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Oxford Cemetery in Oxford, Ohio.
