Gary Mcbee

Gary McBee, age 69 of Hamilton and formerly of Iron Mountain, Michigan, passed away on Sunday, January 19, 2025. Gary was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 7, 1955 to Junior Tip and Cleda (nee Ledford) McBee. On May 3, 1975, he married the love of his life, Gwendolyn Babb. Gary loved spending time with his family and especially his grandchildren, he was a lover of sports and had a strong Christian faith. Gary retired from International Paper after many years of service.

Gary is survived by his four children, Amanda (David) Kincaid, Brent (Jessica) McBee, Ryan (Bailey) McBee, and Keith (Ashley) McBee; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Brody, Harper, Olivia, Emmanuel, Joshua, Liam, Burton, Adler and Gemma Gwendolyn; his siblings, Larry, Millie, Linda, Brenda, Patty, Mark, Rick and Darlene; his mother-in-law, Joyce Babb; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Gary was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 46 years, Gwendolyn McBee; his siblings, Alice, Robert, and Emma Jean; and his father-in-law, Bev Babb.

Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio, on Friday, January 24, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 12:00 PM with Davis Babb officiating.  Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
