Gene and her husband Leonard were energetically devoted to serving the Lord and lived their lives in service to others. She will be deeply missed by her church family at the Allison Avenue Baptist Church and by her many friends in the community. A dedicated wife, mother, aunt, and grandmother, Gene is survived by her devoted daughters: Sheryl (Bob) Thiemann of Hamilton, Ohio, and Kathy (Dwayne) Keller of San Antonio, Texas.
