George (Art) Hart, age 74 of Morgan Township, passed away peacefully at Hospice of Hamilton on Wednesday, July 16, 2014 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was a member of Macedonia Christian Church in Okeana, OH. Art had a fascination with cars at a young age, which developed into his lifelong career as a mechanic. Art and his wife loved to travel and especially enjoyed family trips to Smoky Mountains. He enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR races, but his greatest joy was spending time with his grandson. He loved to attend his grandson’s sporting events. Art was a handy man that could repair anything, and loved sharing this passion with his grandson.
