George Young "Jc Coolie" "Pappy" Jr.

George Young Jr. "JC Coolie" "Pappy", age 84 of Hamilton passed away at his residence on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 5:00 PM. He was born in North Vernon, Indiana on July 31, 1927 the son of George Sr. and Dora (Powell) Young. George was a member of the Army Air Corps and was the owner/operator of A-1 Septic Tank Service.

He is survived by his lifelong companion, Ann Robertson of Hamilton; a daughter, Carol Richardson of West Palm Beach, Florida; a brother, Walter (Sandra) young of New Miami; a granddaughter, Sarah Jayne (Clinton) Kelch of New Miami; devoted family friend Sara Ferguson of New Miami; nieces and nephews Curtis Bailey, Gary Cope, Connie Saylor, Shirley Bailey, Margie Bailey, and Debbie Cope; and dear friends Jerry Gray, Scott Roberson, and Mike Coldiron. He was preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Judy and Bambi Lynn; two sisters, Mandy Cameron and Betty Fillers; two nephews, Daryl and Donnie Cope; and a niece, Robin Bailey.

Memorial service will be held at the Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Thursday, June 14, 2012 at 1:00 PM. Memorial gathering will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 12:00 noon to 1:00 PM.
