George P. Shackelford, age 80 passed away on January 14, 2020 at the Dayton VA Medical Center. He was born on June 1, 1939 in Hulen, KY to Ed and Ella Shackelford. He served his country respectfully and honorably in the Unite States Marine Corp and United States Air Force.
He is survived by his brothers, Edward and Arthur Shackelford; his sister, Aileen Parke and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Brothers, Cicel, Charles, Earl, and Paul Shackelford; his sisters Mellie Compston and Grace Gibson; and his parents.
Memorial service will be held with Military Honors on February 7, 2020 at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave. at 2PM.
