Georgia L. Willer

Georgia L. Willer, age 95 of Hamilton, passed away on Tuesday, August 23, 2016. Georgia was born in Middletown, Ohio on November 21, 1920 to Theodore Leftheris and Florence (Neuner) Leftheris. She graduated from Middletown High School in 1938, and later graduated from Middletown Business College. During her career as an executive secretary, she was employed by Wilson Motor Transit, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft in Dayton, Herring-Hall-Martin Safe Company, and retired from the office of Dr. Henry Floyd in 1982. On April 18, 1970 she married Russell Willer at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church in Hamilton.

Georgia is survived by her daughter, Linda (Michael) Powell; 2 nephews, Tim (Tammy) Hall, and Martin (Trudy) Hall; 3 great nieces, Kate (Josh) Erb, Jody (Charles) Geisler, and Amy (Joe) Power; and great-great nieces and nephews, Jayci Geisler, and Brayden Erb. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Willer; a sister, Angela (Pete) Hall, and her parents.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter in Chains Catholic Church, 382 Liberty Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 10:00 AM with Fr. Rob Muhlenkamp, celebrant. Entombment will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016 from 9:00 – 10:00 AM at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Hamilton or St. Peter in Chains in her honor.
