Gerald "Scott" Isaacs

Gerald "Scott" Isaacs, age 27 of Hamilton passed away suddenly on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at 6:45 AM. He was born in Hamilton on September 28, 1982 the son of Jack and Phyllis (Miller) Isaacs. Scott was a graduate of Stephen T. Badin High School and was currently finishing his studies at Miami University. He loved his family and friends, and was an outstanding and caring son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend.

He is survived by his parents, Jack and Phyllis Isaacs; grandparents Gerald "Jerry" and Carolyn Miller and Rev. Bill and Betty Isaacs; special aunts and uncles Mike and Maureen Miller, Sue and Rob Bruns, Geneva and Larry Philbeck, Rhonda and Terry Ross, and Debbie and Ron Combs; and special cousins Courtney and Louis Miller, Billy and Katrina Bruns, Shannon Ross, Nicole and Lance Wetta, Christina, Ben, Evan, and Addy Terrill, and Stacy and Robert Combs. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Eva "Granny" Miller and Forest Isaacs.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM with Scott’s grandfather, Rev. Bill Isaacs, officiating. Burial will follow in Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Susan G. Komen for the Cure or to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.
