Glenn L. Cornett

Glenn L. Cornett was born on May 18, 1932 in Line Fork, KY to Stella and Canvy Cornett who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his sister; Opal Roark, his brother; George Cornett, and his son; Glenn Edward Cornett. He went home to be with Jesus on November 18, 2014 at the age of 82. He is retired from Armco Steel and a World War 2 veteran. Glenn is survived by his daughters; Pamela Dawson and Janice (Rick) Adams, his grandchildren; Meagan Dawson, Brandy Cornett, Mark Kendrick, and Matt Kendrick, 5 great grandchildren whom he loved dearly, many lifelong friends whom he enjoyed spending his days with. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave. from 11AM until time of funeral service at 12 PM with Wendell Coning officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park
