Glenn Nix

Glenn Nix, 82, husband of Linda G. Nix, passed away on June 27, 2024, in Richmond, Kentucky at his home. He was born on September 21, 1941, to the late Johnie Nix and Dora Whitaker. He retired from being a Welder at Hamilton Brass. Glenn loved going to church, being around family and friends, piddling in his garage and feeding his squirrels. He was a member of New Beginning Tabernacle in Fairfield, Ohio.

In addition to his wife of 34 years, Linda G Nix, he is survived by his 2 daughters, Ann King of Richmond, Kentucky, and Sarah (Scott) Jones of Trenton, Ohio; 2 stepchildren, Sherry (Jerry) Still and Travis (Melissa) Rich; 3 brothers and 2 sisters; 14 grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren; as well as many friends. He is preceded in passing by both of his parents, Johnie Nix and Dora Whitaker; his brother, Jimmie Decker; as well as his son, Christopher Nix.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., Hamilton, Ohio on Friday, July 5, 2024, at 12:00 PM with Rev. Greg King officiating. Burial will follow at Crown Hill Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Jamie Nix, Gregory King, Ann King, Sarah Jones, Scott Jones and Chas Rich. Honorary pallbearers include Clifford Nix, David Woodall, Charlie Woodall, and Bro. Charles Pettit.
