Glenn E. Weisbrodt

Glenn E. Weisbrodt, age 84 of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, June 24, 2023. Glenn was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 27, 1938 to Edward and Rosella (Zang) Weisbrodt.  He graduated from Hamilton Catholic High School and went on to join the United States Marine Corps. Glenn started his own tree service and was also employed at Mosler Safe Company in Hamilton and Ross School District before retirement. He enjoyed going to the horse races, which included the Kentucky Derby, and taking his grandchildren to various Hamilton landmarks such as the Fire Station to look at the trucks, and the train station to observe the trains.

Glenn is survived by his children, Melissa (Steve Broermann) Weisbrodt and Richard (Amy Becker) Weisbrodt; two grandchildren, Max and Brooke Weisbrodt; sister, Mary Weisbrodt; two brothers, Raymond Weisbrodt and Tom Weisbrodt; and numerous other relatives and friends. Glenn was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Cynthia "Dolly" Weisbrodt, and his parents.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 171 Washington St., Hamilton, Ohio, on Monday, July 10, 2023 at 11:00 AM.  Burial will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
