Grace Lee

Grace Lee, age 70, of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Wednesday June 3, 2009. She was born in Irvine, Kentucky on December 29, 1938 the daughter of Price and Grace (Wolfinbarger) Babb. A homemaker, Grace was devoted to her family and was formerly employed at Jolly’s Drive-In on Brookwood Avenue. She enjoyed playing cards and was an avid reader. On July 16, 1955 in Hamilton she married James Lee.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, James Lee of Hamilton; a daughter, Sharon Denise (Gary) Harper of Hudsonville, Michigan; a son, Michael James (Carol) Lee of Liberty Twp.; two brothers, Roscoe (Arzella) Babb and Cornell Babb both of Hamilton; and a sister, Wanda Roberts of Fairfield. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Delbert Ray Babb.

Funeral services will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Eileen English officiating. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati or to the American Heart Association.
