Gregory Chad Batdorf

Gregory Chad Batdorf, age 34 of Hamilton passed away Saturday, July 7, 2007. He was born in Hamilton on July 27, 1972 the son of Gregory C. and China Kay (Templeton) Batdorf. Chad was employed at Performance Toyota for 9 years. He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed fishing with his sons. Chad always had a smile and was loved by all who knew him. On May 3, 1996 at Zion Lutheran Church in Hamilton he married Melissa Harrison.

He is survived by his wife, Melissa Batdorf; two sons Dustyn and Dylan Batdorf; his mother, Kay Batdorf, grandmothers, Kristine Batdorf and Clara Templeton; mother-in-law, Flo Cotten; brother-in-law, Elmer (Bobbi Jean) Adams all of Hamilton; and many other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory C. Batdorf; father-in-law, Marvin Harrison; and grandfathers, Raymond Templeton and Charles Batdorf.

Funeral services will be held at Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave., on Wednesday, July 11th at 2:00 PM with Rev. Willard Baker of Pater Ave. Free Pentecostal Church of God officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 noon to 2:00 PM.
