Gretta F. Wagers

Gretta F. Wagers, age 55, of Hamilton passed away at her home on Sunday February 21, 2010. She was born in Hamilton on October 19, 1954 the daughter of Lawrence and Dorothy Mae (Isaacs) Rowland. Gretta was a homemaker and attended Full Gospel Mission. On May 8, 1975 in Jellico, Tennessee she married Eugene K. Wagers.

She is survived by her husband, Eugene Wagers of Hamilton; three step-sons, Kenneth (Dawn) Wagers, Donald Wagers, and Ronald Wagers all of Hamilton; Two sisters, Susan Smith and Ethel (Scott) Wyatt both of Hamilton; 4 step-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and other friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Paul and Carl Rowland; and two sisters, Connie Purvis and Linda Kay Rowland.

Funeral service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery Chapel, on Wednesday February 24th at 2 PM with Rev. Rick Lawwill of Celebration of Praise and Warship officiating. Visitation will be held in the cemetery chapel on Wednesday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
