For My Dad.
I saw him
In the brightest light
And I knew it was him.
He opened his arms
To receive me
To take me home with him.
I thought of friends and family
That I would leave behind
And there was sadness
But this Golden moment was mine.
I heard angels singing
And I began to praise
And then I turned around
And saw the beauty of her face
Waiting with my loved ones
To welcome me to this place
Heaven and all its Glory
At the foot of Gods throne
Where I’ll be waiting for you
Till the day God calls you home
Rest in Peace Daddy,
I know you’re with God, Mom and family rejoicing in Heaven.
Love you for Eternity
