Hazel Eads

Hazel L. Eads age 64, passed away Sat., March 31, 2012, at 9.30pm.

She is survived by her husband, Paul K. Eads of Trenton, Ohio; five children, Rick L. Hoskins of Cincinnati, Ohio, Mellie M. Prigg of Anniston, Alabama, Hubert (Shawna) Hoskins of Santa Ana, Texas, Ada L. Hernandez of Middletown, Ohio and John (Edna) French of Middletown, Ohio; sister, Diana(James) Robinson of Franklin, Ohio; brother, James (Patty) Roberts of Raeford, N.Carolina; 19 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and a lot of nieces, nephews and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Harvey E. Roberts; her mother, Mary Roberts; brothers, Billy R. Roberts, Herman L Roberts, Marvin Roberts, Junior Roberts, Leon Roberts and Johnny R. Roberts; sisters, Betty L. Roberts, Faye Taulbee and Peggy Cornett; niece, Sheila N. Dillion; and nephew, John Cornett, Jr. Hazel was a very loving, caring person which was loved by many and will truly be missed and always be in our hearts.

Visitation will be 10am until time of service (12noon), Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at the Pentecostal Highway of Holiness Church, 3470 Hamilton Middletown Rd. Hamilton, Ohio 45011, with Rev. Jerry Pascarella officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park, Hamilton.
