Heather Lee Collins, age 50 of Fairfield, passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2013. She was born in Mariemont, OH on April 4, 1963 to Donald and Mary Lou (Melter) Collins.
She is survived by her mother, Mary Lou Collins; two sisters, Paige (Matthew) Richardson, and Victoria Collins; a brother, Sean (Sharon) Collins; a niece, Mikaela Meyer; and three nephews, Jacob Collins, Alex Theofylaktos, and George Theofylaktos. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Lee Collins.
Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 10:00 - 11:00 AM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Grace Chapel of Praise in her honor.
