Obituary for Heather Lynn Miller

Heather Lynn Miller, age 59 of Hamilton, went on to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 16, 2024. Heather was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 30, 1964 to Lana (Napier) Gibson and the late George Gibson.

Heather attended school in Jacksonville, FL and later graduated from Fairfield High School. She continued her education later in life and proudly earned her L.P.N. certificate from Butler Tech. She previously worked as a school bus driver, both back in Jacksonville and here in Fairfield, and worked as a secretary and accounts receivable clerk. Most recently, Heather was a nurse caring for patients and residents at Westover nursing home in Hamilton. Heather was a selfless, caring person and her goal in life was always to meet the needs of others. Her hobby was to bring joy and laughter – she was always so fun to be around! Above all, Heather loved her family and friends with all of her heart.

Heather will be dearly missed by her husband, Douglas Miller and their son, Brayden Miller. She will be missed by her mother, Lana “Kay” Gibson; her brother, Scott (Linda) Gibson, her son D.J. and daughter, Kari; her special grandson, Logan; grandchildren, Lacy, Alex, Bryndlie, and Bryce; her nieces and nephews, Eric, Cailey, Jordan, Christopher, and Caydence; her aunts and uncles, Jeannie, Carol, Myra, Larry, Carolyn, Vicki, Bub, Ruth, Carol, and Wayne; her family that was like sisters, Vicki and Jennifer; as well and many family members and friends.

Heather is reunited in Heaven with her father, George Gibson; her brother, Christopher Gibson; her daughter, Danielle Lundy; her grandparents, Woodrow & Jewel Napier and Huey & Effie Gibson; her uncle, Kenny and aunt, Fannie.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 24, 2024 from 11:00 AM until the time of her Funeral Service at 1:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio with Rev. Larry Davis officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park in Hamilton, Ohio.
