Helen C. Crothers

Helen Mae Crothers (Nee Coles) age 89, died February 17, 2014 after a short battle with a recovery from a broken hip. Helen was born on January 23, 1925 in Fort Wayne, IN to Eugene and Audrey Coles. She graduated from Spencerville High School, IN. She is survived by and was blessed with three sons: Dr. Steve (Charlene) of Santa Cruz, CA, Doug (Bonnie) of Hamilton, and John Les (Sandy) of Hamilton. Helen is also survived by her grandchildren: Tammy (Claud) Parsons, David (Diane) Crothers, Dustin Crothers, Angie (Donald) Engelke, and Sharon (Mike) Burkett and nine great grandchildren.

Helen leaves behind two younger sisters Florine (Wayne) Paff of Leo, IN and Marian Opdycke of Pleasant Lake, IN and her two good friends, Lila Clapper and Carol Jolivette. Services were held at the convenience of the family.
