Herbert Bruster Fry

Herbert B Fry, age 81of Hamilton, passed away at Golden Years Nursing Home on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 11:00 am. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on December 18, 1934 the son of Michael and Lillian (Thomas) Fry. Herb was an active member of Hamilton Moose Lodge #36 and The Hamilton Eagles #407. He enjoyed spending time there with family and friends after his retirement. He is survived by his step-son, Charles (Barbara) Jones of Kentucky; and five siblings, Donny of Alabama, Mike (Toni) Fry of Hamilton, Ohio, Joe (Renee) Fry of Hamilton, Ohio, Betty Sargent of Loveland, Ohio, Norma (Jerry) Hammons of Virginia, and Lori Fry of Loveland, Ohio, and three grandchildren Chris, DJ and Stacey and great grandchildren Katie, Brylee and Carter. He was preceded in death by his wife, Nina Merry-Fry, sister Charlotte Geisz, step-son Donny Jones and his parents. Funeral Service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 6:00 PM with Jerry Hammons officiating. Burial will follow at Green River Valley Cemetery in Liberty, KY on October 1, 2015. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 5:00PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
