Herman Moody

Herman R. Moody, age 77 of Hamilton, passed away at Hospice of Hamilton on Saturday, October 18, 2014 at 12:45PM. He was born in Hazard, KY on February 25, 1937 to George and Lula Moody. Herman was employed at Vulcan Manufacturing for 22 years, and he was a builder. He attended Gordon Ave. Baptist Church.

He is survived by his children; Regina (Danny) Lykins and Adam Moody, his grandchildren; Amy (Neal), Andrea, Olivia, Tiffany, and Jesse, his great grandchildren; Ava, Natalie, Kya, Braylan, and Haden, his sister; Ida (Ed) Sloan. He was preceded in death by his parents, his daughter; Teresa Moody, brothers; John Moody and Curtis Moody.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 from 2 PM until time of funeral service at 3 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue with Fred Ravenscraft officiating. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Condolences can be made at www.browndawsonflick.com.
