Imogene Collins

Imogene Collins (Nelson), age 84 of New Miami, passed away on Friday, November 7th, 2025. Imogene was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 29th, 1941 to Flora Ramsey (Nelson). Everyone knew her as Nanny.

Nanny may have been the definition of a spitfire, but she was also the most loving and giving person you could meet. Not only did she raise all of her children, but she also raised her grandchildren, her grand children's friends and anyone who needed someone there for them.

Imogene is survived by her sister Jessie Anderson; her grandchildren Hailey (Jack) Unthank, Brandon (Tarah) Collins, Erin Collins, Casey Simpson, James Meadows, Sarah Meadows, Kyle Collins, Katie Collins, Chelsea Collins and Heather (Corey) Martin-Reusch and many great grandchildren; her children Cathy Collins and Sam (Misty) Unthank; her son in law Mark Scarcella and many other friends and family. Imogene was preceded in death by her children, Robin Collins, Amy Collins (Scarcella), Stacy Collins and Jimmy Meadows; her grandson Mathew Hubbard; her husband, Paul Collins; her brother Lonnie Nelson and mother Flora Ramsey (Nelson)

Memorial services will be held Tuesday, November 18th, 2025 from 5-7 at 1068 Stalhauber Rd, Hamilton Ohio, 45013
