Imogene F. Johnson

Imogene F. Johnson, age 95 of Hamilton, went home to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, August 20, 2026. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 18, 1930 the daughter, of Dorsey and Nella (Phelps) Center. Imogene was employed as an executive secretary for Ohio Casualty Insurance for more than thirty years. She was a charter member of Faith Pentecostal Church of Hamilton and previously a member of Princeton Pike Church of God for over sixty years.

Imogene is survived by her son, Carl “Rick” (Natalie) Witt Jr; her grandson, Carl "Trey" Witt III; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Ronda Witt; her parents; and seven siblings, Ernest, Bobby, Dorsey Jr., Vernon, and Raymond Center, and Helen Rose Frye, and Mabel Hopkins.

Funeral service will be held at Faith Pentecostal Church of Hamilton, 1670 Eden Park Drive, Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 12:00 PM with Rev. Hal Thompson Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the church.
