Irma Faye Billard, age 81 of Hamilton, passed away on Sunday, December 24, 2017. Faye was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 12, 1936 to Clarence and Hazel (nee Williams) Webb.
Faye is survived by her daughters, Debra (Daniel) Romanello, Judy (Gary) Long, and Pamela Mattlin; her grandchildren, David, Jennifer, Jeffrey, Daniel, Rachael, and A.J.; and her sisters, Jessie Sullivan and Lois (Bill) Vollmer; and many nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
Faye was preceded in death by parents; her husband, William Billard; and her brother, Harold Webb. Private services have been held.
