Isabelle "Belle" Feltner

Isabelle "Belle" Feltner, age 78 of Hamilton, passed away at Kettering Medical Center on Wednesday, January 16, 2019. Isabelle was born in Krypton, Kentucky on December 15, 1940 to Chester and Dorothy Colwell. She was a longtime member of Rivers of Life Church of God.

Isabelle is survived by her husband of 59 years, Ozial Feltner; her daughter Norma (John) Gray; her grandson, Jeff (Penny) Gray; her great grandsons, Nathaniel, Andrew, and Brandon; her siblings, Mary, Sally, Edith, Virgil, and Bobby. Isabelle was preceded in death by five sisters, three brothers, and her parents. The family would like to thank the staff of Kettering Medical Center MSICU for their kindness and willingness to work with the family.

Funeral service will be held at Rivers of Life Church of God, 323 N. Riverside Drive, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Wilma Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Rivers of Life Church of God.
