Jack L. Couch

Jack L. Couch, age 70 of West Chester, passed away at Fort Hamilton Hospital on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 10:54 AM. He was born in Hamilton on November 6, 1944 the son of Albert and Maude (Callahan) Couch. Jack was retired from Al Couch Supermarket and formerly was employed at Don Cisle Asphalt. On February 9, 1961 in Hamilton he married Sandy Cavin.

He is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Sandy Couch of West Chester; two children, Robin Rutherford of Grove City, Ohio and Tim Couch of West Chester; four grandchildren, Jammie and Jenifer Rutherford, and Christa and Casey Couch; five great grandsons, Jake and Masin Stidham, Max and Tyson Petry, and Casiel Couch; five siblings, Peggy (Owen) Baker, Jerry (Rita) Couch, Judi Depew, Gary (Judy) Couch, and Kim (Warren) Mayor; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Lacey Rutherford; and his special niece, Mindy Mayor.

Funeral service will be held at Brown-Dawson-Flick Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 2:00 PM with Rev. Neil Gabbard of Christ Church officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
