Jack Maupin, age 55 of Hamilton passed away in Milford on Monday, August 6, 2007 at 4:40 AM. He was born in Hamilton on April 7, 1952 the son of Charles and Helen (Ballinger) Maupin. Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps from 1970 to 1978 and was a self-employed painter.
He is survived by three brothers, Wayne Maupin of Ross, Steve Maupin of LaGrange, Kentucky and Keith Maupin of Mt. Carmel, Ohio; three sisters, Teresa Roepke of Texas, Anita Cardwell and Beth Crull, both of Kentucky; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Janice Maupin; and infant son, Phillip Maupin.
A memorial service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at 2:00 PM. Memorial visitation will be held Thursday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the funeral home.
