Jack Robby Jones

Jack Robby Jones, age 63 of Monroe, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024. Jack was born in Tuscan, Arizona on May 1, 1960 to Jack T. Jones and Glenda D. (Honn) Jones. Upon graduating High School, Robby attended the International Bible College in San Antonio, Texas and was the director of the Shining Lights Acting Company for many years. Robby first and foremost had a servant’s heart and a great love for God, constantly showing this through his compassion for others. He never met a stranger and always had a song on his heart. Robby was very festive and loved the holidays, especially Christmas. He enjoyed painting, cooking, going out to eat, and making people laugh. Robby adored his family, and his grandchildren were the twinkle in his eye.

Robby is survived by his wife of 39 years, Nancy “DeeDee” Jones; 5 adopted children, Adam (Amber) Jones, Dakota (McKenna) Jones, Zachary Jones, Jaime Jones and Jake Jones; two grandchildren, Aubrey Reign and Jaylen Krew; father, Jack T. (Sharon) Jones; siblings, Cindy (Dale) Weber, Rusty (Shirley) Jones, Marty Jones and Jody (Brent) Borger; step siblings, Renee (Levi) Kolweier, Lisa Neiderbarch, Carla (Luke) Cantrell, and Michael Neiderbarch; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Robby was preceded in death by his mother, Glenda D. Jones; grandmother, Irene Carter; and mother-in-law, Nancy Plunkett.

Funeral service will be held at Hamilton Christian Center, 1940 Millville Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio, on Saturday, March  2, 2024 at 11:30 AM with Pastor Curtus Moak officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March  2, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Hamilton Christian Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home to help aid with funeral expenses.
