Jack L. Sims

Jack L. Sims, age 57 of Hamilton, passed away at the University Hospital Cincinnati on Friday, April 17, 2015. He was born in Hamilton on October 18, 1957 to James and Patricia (Thomas) Sims. Jack was employed at Smart Paper for over 32 years as a machine operator. He was a member of the New Haven Road Church of God for over three years.

He is survived by his wife Robin Sims, son James Sims (Kristin), his mother Patricia Pallant (Harry) and father James Sims (Janet); grandchildren Hadley and Huston; sisters Sandy (Mike) Hart, Donna (Daniel) Faulkner, Robin (Mike) Bailey and a brother John (Tammy) Sims; and numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. He was preceded in death by his son Johnathon Sims and in laws Curtis and Vera Grimes.

Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 from 1-2 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
