Jackie Sawyers, age 85 of Hamilton, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 25, 2016. She was born in Corbin, KY on April 22, 1930 to Oscar and Bertha (Evans) Helton. Jackie retired from the Butler County Clerk of Courts after more than 25 years. She was a member of East River Rd. Baptist Church.
She is survived by her children, Debbie Sawyers, Denny (Betty) Sawyers, and Mike (fiancee Penny) Sawyers, her grandchildren, Brian (Kalli), Jennifer (Chris), Kayleigh (Andy), and Hannah, her great grandchildren, Kainen, Mallory, and Peyton. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Sawyers, her siblings, Jean and Kirk, and her parents.
Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Avenue, on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at 12:30PM. Burial will follow at Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 11AM-12:30PM at the funeral home. Condolences can be made at www.browndawsonflick.com.
