Jade Alexis Paige Smith, infant daughter of Teresa Eversole and Jacob Smith, passed away at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital on Friday, October 5, 2007 at 4:50 AM.
She is survived by her parents; paternal grandparents Scott and Susan Smith; maternal grandmother Florence Peugh; special aunt and uncle, Joe and Vicki Dawson; special friends Ruth and James Williams; and numerous other relatives and friends.
A graveside funeral service will be held at Hickory Flat Cemetery on Wednesday, October 10, 2007 at 2:00 PM with Pastor Burl Hogg of Taylor’s Grove Baptist Church of Somerville officiating. There will be no visitation.
