James Howard Imhoff, age 39 of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at home. He was born in Hamilton on August 6, 1968 the son of Leonard House and Vada Hall. Jamie attended New Miami Schools, and was active on the St. Clair Township Fire Department. On November 30, 1991 he married Valerie Protzman. Jamie spent many years doing what he loved to do, working on cars and driving trucks.
He is survived by his wife, Valerie Imhoff; three daughters whom he adored, Kayla, Kelsie, and Jada Imhoff; his father, Leonard (Lena) House of London, Kentucky: his mother, Vada Jackson of Hamilton; his adopted father, Donald Imhoff of Hamilton; three brothers, Ronnie House of London, Kentucky, Jeff Imhoff of Hamilton, and Sergeant Jason (Leann) Imhoff of Fort Carson, Colorado; a sister, Regina (Larry) Smith of London, Kentucky; seven nieces and nephews, Kyle and Gabriel House, Libby, Jonathan and Hailee Imhoff, and Samantha and Laura Smith; his mother-in-law, Brenda (Henry) Rinck of Hamilton; and numerous other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Michael Protzman; and grandparents, Mat and Ada House, Eunice and Sherdan Hall, and Herald and Margaret Imhoff.
Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Friday, April 25, 2008 at 10:00 AM with Dan Knisley of West Side Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
