James E. Jameson

James E. Jameson, age 81 of Hamilton, passed away in the loving care of his wife on Thursday, September 7, 2023. James was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 14, 1942 to Delbert Jameson and Helen (McIntosh) Jameson. He proudly served in the United States Navy after graduating from Fairfield High School. James went on to obtain his Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture from Miami University where he subsequently worked for 25 years until his retirement. He loved spending time with his family and friends and was an avid fishermen, loved to be outside and meticulously maintained his woodshed.

James is survived by his wife of 53 years, Mary; sons, Joseph Jameson (Lori), David (Sheryl) Jameson and Thomas (Kristen) Jameson; grandchildren, Megan, Katherine, Olivia, George and William; great-grandson, Finnley; and many other relatives and friends. James was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert Jameson; and sister, Elizabeth Jameson.
