James "Jimmy" D. Wells

James “Jimmy” D. Wells, age 54 of Hamilton, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, October 5, 2021. James was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 18, 1967 to James Wells and Ruth (Lambertson) Wells.  On August 15, 2003 in Las Vegas, NV, he married Diana Harris. Jimmy was always considered such a genuine person, never met a stranger, and was always there when someone needed him. Jimmy was a “jack of all trades”, was always seen wearing his kneepads, (even when he was not working), loved working on his cars, and most of all, he loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Jimmy is survived by his loving wife, Diana Wells; his two children, Tara Wells and  Natasha Wells; his two step children, Shawna (Raymond Johnson) Harrison and Jeff Steele; his eleven grandchildren, Jaelynn, Brilynn, Maddelynn, Remii, LeLand, Devyn, Adrienne, Audrina, Caiden, Maylee, Luca; his father James Wells; his brother, Cory (Kaila) Wells; and his aunts, Janie Reynolds and Helen (Chuck) Lambertson; and his uncles, David Lambertson and Charles (Jane) Lambertson; and two men that he loved as sons, Brian Stepp and Tayler Timler. James was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Wells; and his siblings, Guy Wells and Lisa Wells.

It was Jimmy’s wishes to be cremated, and the family will be having a celebration of life at a later date.  Please contact the family for service information.
