James R. Egner

James R. Egner, age 51 of Middletown, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022. James was born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 5, 1970 to James E. and Patricia S. Egner. James graduated from Hamilton High School class of 1988. James enjoyed spending his time making flags, working on cars and spending time with his family.

James is survived by his mom, Pat Egner; his wife, Jolena Egner; his children, Shawn and Jamie Egner; his siblings, Nancy (Mike Sanders) Hoaglan, Mark (Barbie) Egner and David (Valerie) Egner Sr.; his eight grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. James was preceded in death by his dad, Jim Egner; his son, Darrell Haynes; and his nephew, David Egner Jr.

Visitation will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 10:00 AM at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Hickory Flat Cemetery.
