Janice Lee Fangman

Janice Lee Fangman, age 70 of Fairfield passed away at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield on Friday, September 12, 2008 at 5:18 AM. She was born in Cincinnati on November 14, 1937, the daughter of George and Stella Swartz. Janice was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. On May 5, 1956 in Glendale, she married John "Jack" Fangman, and he preceded her in death in 1997.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth (Lisa) Fangman of Okeana; a daughter, Kathleen (Steve) Haven of Hamilton; three grandchildren, Sarah (Jason), John, and Jessica; two great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Andrew; a sister-in-law, Loretta Smallridge of Connecticut; and an aunt, Helen Swartz of Georgetown. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be held at the Brown-Dawson Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Avenue, on Tuesday, September 16, 2008 at 11:00 AM with Fr. Stephen Mondiek officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
