Jean Barrett, age 83 of Hamilton, passed away at Birchwood Care Center on Monday, December 18, 2017. Jeanwas born in New Albany, Indiana on January 22, 1934 to Roy and Dona Katherine (nee Glass) Earls. On July 22nd, 1950 she married Jesse Mac Barrett, who preceded her in death in 2007.
Jean is survived by her son, Gary (Theresa) Barrett; son-in-law, Rick Snyder; her grandchildren, Lee (Hollie) Barrett, Jacob Barrett, Jessica (Tony) Owens, Christopher Davis, and Ricki Snyder; her great grandchildren, Isla, Anna, Killian, Connor, Jude, and Sadie; her siblings, Jerene May, Eillene (Jimmy) Smith, Barbara (Harold) Nicely, and Ronnie (Marilyn) Earls; and many loving family members and friends. Jean was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her daughter, Georgette Faye Snyder.
Funeral service will be held at Landmark Baptist Church, 1600 Glendale Milford Rd, Cincinnati, Ohio, on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Matt Holman officiating. Burial will follow at Landmark Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Friday, December 22, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Landmark Baptist Church. Memorial contributions can be made at the time of the service.
